Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on current market conditions.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

WBC Wilkes-Barre Concrete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as possible.

Site Preparation and Access

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work site and removing any personal property or obstacles from the work area before we begin.

You agree to provide access to water and electricity if needed for the project. Any damage to underground utilities not properly marked is not our responsibility.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. All concrete installations come with a warranty against defects in workmanship. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks and color variations. These are not defects and are not covered by warranty.

Liability Limitations

WBC Wilkes-Barre Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in providing services.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
